This client came to us with a product ready to ship but no Amazon presence whatsoever — no listing, no brand registry, no creative assets, and no advertising strategy. They had one goal: launch fast and launch profitably. We took ownership of the entire process from pre-launch research through to a scaled, self-sustaining PPC engine — delivering a complete launch motion rather than piecing together disconnected services.

What we did
Phase 1 — Market & competitor research
Conducted deep market analysis using Helium 10 and Jungle Scout. Identified the top 20 competitors, mapped their keyword portfolios, reviewed 500+ customer reviews to extract core buying triggers and objections, and defined the product's positioning angle based on gaps in the market.
Phase 2 — Listing creation & optimization
Built the listing from scratch. Keyword-rich title structured for both search relevance and readability. Benefit-first bullet points addressing the top 5 buyer objections identified in research. Backend search terms filled to 250 bytes with high-volume, relevant terms. Browse node and product type attributes set correctly from day one to avoid suppression.
Phase 3 — Creative production
Directed a full creative brief for the main image, lifestyle shots, and infographic images. Produced A+ Content with a brand story module, feature comparison chart, and lifestyle imagery. All creative engineered specifically for Amazon's visual environment — not repurposed from other channels.
Phase 4 — PPC launch
Launched with a structured 3-campaign architecture: Auto (discovery), Broad (research), and Exact (scale). Set conservative bids in week 1 to gather clean data, then expanded budgets on converting search terms from week 3 onwards. Introduced Sponsored Brands in week 6 once organic rank had stabilized on primary keywords.
Phase 5 — Review generation & rank building
Enrolled in Amazon Vine for initial review generation. Monitored keyword rank weekly and adjusted PPC bids to maintain Top of Search visibility on the 5 highest-priority keywords during the critical first 60 days.
