8A. Amazon Seller Central Data Access
When clients engage Uprise Commerce for Amazon account management or related services, they may grant us access to their Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's official User Permissions system. In connection with such access, we may process data including sales reports, advertising performance data, inventory levels, account health metrics, and order information. We handle this data as follows:
- We access Seller Central data only for the purpose of delivering agreed services.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer client Seller Central data to any third parties.
- We do not retain Seller Central data beyond what is necessary to perform services.
- Access to client accounts is revoked immediately upon termination of the engagement.
- All team members with account access are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect client account data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
8B. Organizational Changes Notification
Uprise Commerce maintains a policy of notifying Amazon within 30 days of any organizational changes that affect our need for, access to, or use of Amazon Selling Partner data. Such changes may include but are not limited to:
- Changes in business ownership or control.
- Changes in key personnel with access to Amazon seller data.
- Changes in the scope or nature of services we provide.
- Any merger, acquisition, or restructuring of Uprise Commerce.
This policy is maintained in compliance with Amazon's Solution Provider requirements under Data Access policy 3.11.
